I grew up on a farm where hard work was expected, not celebrated.

If something went wrong, you took the blame.

If something went right, you moved on quietly.

Early in my career, it was the same story:

• Work hard — no recognition

• Take responsibility — no credit

• Keep going — no support

I wasn't handed a roadmap, a safety net, or a playbook. At eighteen, I started with nothing but independence, grit, and a refusal to accept the limits placed on me. I was underestimated, overlooked, and told to wait my turn — but I wasn’t built to wait. I built my own turn.

I discovered early that I had a natural instinct for sales — not because I pushed harder, but because I understood people. I was a communicator, a connector, someone who could read a room and build trust quickly. My success came from interpersonal mastery long before I had language for it.

I tried, tested, failed, refined, and tried again until I uncovered what actually worked. I learned how to sell, how to close, how to influence, and how to lead. I earned respect, compensation, and authority in rooms where women were rarely invited to lead.

But the path wasn’t linear. There were moments when everything I built collapsed, and I had to start over — more than once. Each time, I rebuilt with sharper clarity, stronger systems, and a deeper understanding of what real success requires.

And slowly, people began to notice.

“How do you get so much done?”

“How do you land the appointments?”

“How do you always find a way?"

The truth is, I didn’t always know the way — I just refused to stop looking for it.

The real turning point came when I realized that success alone wasn’t enough. Achievement without impact felt hollow. I wanted to change the game — not just for myself, but for every ambitious woman who had ever been told to shrink, soften, or stay small.

The mission became clear:

to build a legacy where women in sales no longer fight for a seat at the table — they lead the room.

From that mission, I created The Breakthrough System — a framework built from lived experience, resilience, and relentless drive. It’s the method I wish I had when I was starting out: a system that helps women rise with clarity, confidence, and the kind of presence that changes everything.

And through it all, one thing has never changed:

I believed in people.

I believed in possibility.

I believed in myself — even when no one else did.

Because at the end of the day, that's what this work is really about--belief.
